Mobile lawyer accused of forgery

An attorney in Mobile, Ala. has been charged with two counts of forgery after allegedly sending false court documents to Washington County. According to prosecutors, Al Pennington created and submitted documents in hopes to convince his client that he had done legal work when in reality he had not. Pennington was caught when Washington County District Court Judge Jerry Turner contacted the alleged person whom Pennington falsely claimed the orders were from.
